BANK ACCOUNT BLOCKED

Hello I am very angry at this moment and frustrated. Capitec closed my account 2 weeks back now. We’re almost finishing a month without me getting access to my account. They said they closed it because it was suspected to be linked to a *****ulent transaction. I’ve submitted everything that they asked me to submit for my account to be open. I’m stranded and now my app doesn’t want to even open when I sign in to the app it tells me that the details I’ve put are incorrect which is now frustrating even more. I explained to them everything that I got myself into a stokvel that I didn’t know would be an issue with CAPITEC BANK. They never even bothered to call and ask about the funds they just closed my account like that with all the pockets in it. Even my savings that I’ve saved for my children and worked hard for. We’re approaching Christmas and I need to do stuff for my kids. I could pay their school transportation because of this and they haven’t been at school for a week now I don’t even know what to say to them. CAPITEC BANK sees everything that is happening with my account they can see I’ve never done anything like that before for them not being lenient to me. They can see I don’t have millions in that account for them to be so cruel towards me. What’s annoying the most is that they got my TYME BANK to be closed too. Which I opened after CAPITEC BANK closed my account. Meaning now whatever BANK ACCOUNT I open to any bank will be closed because of CAPITEC BANK and them not caring. This is affecting my business aswell I’m a self employed MAKEUP ARTIST and my clients have been struggling to make transactions because they always bounce back because my account is closed and it’s the only option that they use. This is affecting my business and my family. My kids cry everyday because I can not do anything and I take out the anger on them and they don’t deserve that at all. My app now can not open AT ALL. What did CAPITEC BANK do to my account?? I’m very angry and annoyed at this moment. Tyme bank said CAPITEC BANK sent them an email to close my account and there’s nothing they can do. It can only be CAPITEC BANK again that allows them to open it. Can that be done too ASAP
