Update on ***** story.i tried reaching out to the capitec branch after I saw money being deducted on my account, all they told me was that they couldn't help refund it but I should hunt the people who ****med my money down, I mean where do I start?ngizoba thola kuphi?capitec assistant then called the following day which was the 26th of May saying they are trying to reach out to that ss legcov and that company could not hear them through the phone to cancel the mandate.The guy then said he would call around 1 again & try maybe it was their network.Till today the 29th of May.Capitec is so ************* and im no longer opening an account there,better I try something new.
