Capitec is the biggest **** bank in SA. On the 29th of July 2025, I made a deposit of R1300 at a ATM in Hammanskraal (Jubilee Mall). After accepting the money the ATM went offline. I immediately went into a branch and an enquiry was lodged. I made various follow ups, only to be told that the money was not found, meaning that I m delusional and that the incident is in my head. I sent an email to their complaints department, they failed to even acknowledge the email. Leaving me without my money.
