Bamboozle credit insurance hike

To whom It may concern.

I am not appreciative of the matter that we as clients gets passed from pillar to post. calling the call center and to be told you are in the incorrect department. (hanging on for more that 30 min is a pain and not free)

Firstly no one is responding to my mail pertaining the credit insurance increase and whether it is ethical to notify you clients 5 days before and increase?

Secondly i have had no reprieve or break in my loan payments so i do not understand why there is sudden increase in credit insurance?

thirdly is this legally binding as i have contract which states i pay ex amount for a certain period of time?

How is it possible for a big institution to change the policies on the fly but when we really need there help there is allot of red tape.

This is unacceptable and i need to speak to someone with authority.

Kind Regards

I was called back once and was told we receive due notification in may that capitec was increasing there insurance credit policy....which is bull and i have not received this notification. Secondly no feedback since the interaction with capitec staff ..which is a given since everyone in the service delivery industry is hiding behind the pandemic...people I need answers not speculative information!!!ps I dont not want my loan extended you need to find an alternative.

Unhappy customer.
