Balance settlement

I have a balance of R0.01 with capitec bank

Try all department for this sattlement but all tell me one thing call collection department Which i did and they say email us requist account to be closed and give me refernce number

But still have that balance in my bank app and it fail to pay it off

I send more than 10 emails still no luck
