BALANCE DISPUTE

My ref: is ***5 had loan with capitec in 2010 and was paying on debit order , I was unemployed in 2011 reported at capitec Nelspruit. . Later I got job and already capitec had handed me over lawyers , I made arrangement with NDS for my account to be paid . They asked me to pay R1000.00 for six months which I did also via debit order then got an sms saying I owe R0.00 then the next month they never debited as it was already paid off. To my surprise another month later they started calling again for arrangement which I never did . After a while another company DMC also called for the same account for me to make arrangement and I refused .In 2015 I wrote to DMC helpdesk and got Manager Donne Welgemoed who assisted with escalating the matter back to capitec she ask me to pay a balance of R+_ 900.00 which if I settle I will pay only two instalments of R350.00 in October & November 2015 which I could not understand where the balance came from but to clear my name I again arranged for that amount but up until now they never debited anything . I gave all my confidentiality details but now I wonder if really I needed to pay these account and for what . I want my name off ITC assist me
