Badly treated by the bank

I mistakenly transferred money to my credit card which has a status of unemployed.i went to the bank the following day told them what happened they said in order for me to get that money I need to bring something that say am working again which is employment letter and a current payslip,gave them all of that. I kept going to the branch every week to check the update only to be told on the 4th week that I won't be getting my money.am very disappointed with the way I have been treated
