Badly Treated by Capitec

I am still for this bank till today, I really don't what's really happening cause last week I submitted all the documents They required hoping there was gonna be a quick response, but nothing came up, all I wish for is for this bank to release my money or return back to sender, I am loosing my patience, release the money or send back to the sender then I will be out of this banks way, there's a whole of banks out there
