Badest Bank Ever. Move on to another Bank

Dont deserve a star. We have been struggling since End July to get our Capitec account unblocked. Accounts are blocked and accounts are frozen. Account apparently blocked for *****ulant transaction which was reported accordingly to Capitec Anonymously. This bank is Pathetic. When you contact the call centre or speak to a banker they dont have the authority to help you. Capitec ***** department dont even reply to emails sent to them. I noticed that there is funds Dissapearing from the account thow it is blocked. I need access to my funds in my account.
