Bad treatment from my bank

İhave had an account with Capitec Bank for 6 -7years and yesterday I went to them for help since I was trying to transfer money into my friend s account by mistake i punched 1 wrong number and money went into the wrong account no my biggest worry is when i was creating a transfer it confirmed the details of wthe right person on a wrong number now they told me to go to police station and open a case and the police told their is no case on this matter Capitec must resolve it now Capitec Bank is telling there is nothing they can do for me please help me cause i am so stressed 2000 rand is a lot of money i have 3 children to support transport money to work
