Bad Telephone and online services
Capitec black personal loan telephone service is bad. If you call between 17:45 and 18:00 you will never be assisted. There were 3 ladies who answered, they act like they don't hear you or the answer the phone and says nothing, but you can hear them load and clear.
They don't appreciate their customers.
