Bad staff bad service

Capitec I am very disappointed in your service and your Staff at the call center they are very rude and somme drops the phone in your ear and we have not been rude or nasty to them You have an issue with immediate payment transactions you charge me for it when the problem is on your side I just get I am sorry we can't remove the charges if you notified us the Customer we would have known not to make use of that service You know what Communication is key There is a Great staff member helping me now Why can't everyone be like that
