Bad Smelling Service

Capitec bank i purchased airtime with my cellphone banking app and it doesn't reflect on my phone, i had to call client services only to speak to your robot .. . im really irritated by this mundane service, are you running a business or creche !!! do you want our business or not? I still haven't received my money the one I said should be disputed cause I need this airtime anymore
