Bad slow service

Good day

I would like to know why does Capitec Legal not have a contact number and when emailing them it takes forever to have your case resolved. My account has been locked by Capitec due to a Court order but the Attorneys did communicate with Capitec Legal after the matter has been resolved between myself and the Court to lift my account but to date i still don't have access after almost 3 weeks to my bank account. Myself and the attorney keeps on following up but to date no response and tomorrow is payday then my salary will most probably bounce back to my Employer because of the slow response from capitec.
