Bad services Capitec Business Banking

Capitec Business banking division. The service is so bad, I opened a business account 2 weeks ago to this day I havent received my card. My staff is on site idling because Eft transactions clears after days now I can get materials to resume work on site. This is bad service, I tried to do follow ups the consultants on the phones are taking me pillar to post. I am being told about courier companies which they are not in their control as said by the so called "consultants" if you want to ruin your business go to Capitec Business banking division.
