Bad service of capitec bank

I would to lodge a complain about the service I got from capitec bank, I stop my card because I suspected there's ***** happening, now they call me n tell me they won't refund the money bacause it happen with my card n my pin, n let alone m paying their loan n instead of it to decrease its increasing, capitec bank its reaping me off my kid's money
