Bad service no communication
I was given a terrible runaround and no communication in my loan application. I sent all my documents, just to be told I haven't submitted. The one doesn't know what the other is talking about and they contradict each other. Then n try to phone to complain. What a mess!!! I phone the number that clearly states complaints just to be told that its not correct and I should phone some other number!!!

24 Apr 2024, 18:20No point. I have a good relationship with ABSA. I just wanted to explore Capitec's low interest rate. But as you don' understand the modern world and that a person can be a private contractor who earns good Dollars. I will have to move away
