Bad service. Lazy employees at capitec lenasia

Very disappointed with capitec. I went into trade route capitec the lady did half a application without filling out forms. I went to signet terrace all they had to do was confirm employment. So how can the lady say it's declined because they can't verify employment but she didn't co firm employment. She told me three different stories. So disappointed in capitec thinking of banking else where.
