Bad Service, Lack of resources and poor management

I was refered to Capitec Bank by family since they all have a Capitec account . I arrived at their branch on Friday the 13th of July 2018 to open an account and I was talled my proof of address didn't have my full names , so it was invalid . One of the sales ladies then advised me to download my current bank account statement and email it to them as that may work , I did so . But after waiting for 20 minutes for them to retrieve my emailed bank statement , I was tolled their email doesn't work, and requested to come back tomorrow (Saturday ) with a printed one. I kindly left and went back the following Friday , Friday the 20th July 2018. When I arrived with all required documents from the previouse Friady , I was tolled their card printer system is not working , I then asked if I can lay a complain as that is unacceptable , I was tolled I cant do that, then the gentleman (Lesiba) attempted to help me , process of 30 minutes , was still not fruitful as I was then tolled they now required copy of my marriage certificate to proceed, because the credit bureau has identified me with my ****en surname. My father on Monday(16th July 2018) went to Capitec Branch to deposit money , and was advised that they don't take cash deposit as their deposit system is full . My concern is , why does Capitec still has a branch in Fourways , that is soo BAD at service and lacks resources ? Is this how you treat your new and existing clients? Do you even care about growing your book and serving customers right ?
