bad service from the bank manger as she thinks she owns the bank

i was at capitec bank at soweto baragwanath the service it was bad as the bank manager did not want to render her service to me she even told the hole staff that they must not helping me as i was there for more than an hour because my phone ring while i was inside the bank she was so rude to me and unprofessional as the bank manager
