Bad Service from Head Office

Taking time off from work for the 3rd time to try and take a personal loan and they keep telling us they cant find the company i'm working for after i have provided them with the company registration papers, sars registration and everything. After 2 years being a client it is all empty promises. So everytime they keep decilining my loan application because they say they cant find the company on the white pages... Bad bad bad!!! They even tell us to come back cause the company policies is constantly changing and then they might help us. The consultant who helped us were very friendly and tried her best, but the branch manager weren't too friendly.
