Bad service from capitec vereeniging branch

I went to Capitec vereeniging to report my card that I cannot be able to withdraw money from the Capitec ATM but can withdraw from other banks,I was told that I am going to be charged R70,but I asked why because the card is working on other banks but rejects capitec atm they said chip is faulty,but asked why is it working on other atm,was told that capitec has the best chip reader,but funny thing is i can swipe,insert it in a speed point and it works,meaning chip is working so service received was bad I dont know why must I be charged R70 like I lost the card,also thinking of going to another bank because capitec service is bad.because I have an absa card been using it for more than ten years and its still working it never had a problem with a chip.
