Bad service from capitec bank at qwaqwa

Can you guys help or educate your staff at phuthaditjhaba setsing branch on how to treat the customers, i sent my sister there to open an account so that i can transfer money to her every month and now your staff is refusing to open her account because she's not working. Do i have to work first before i can open an account at capitec? no that's strange, she went there with the proof of residence and the ID and now no one want to help her because she's not working.

I tried to speak with the manager but he told me that he can't talk to me or his staff can't say anything to me. Please sort this out ASAP or tell everyone who's willing to open capitec account to wait if they are not working.
