Bad Service from Capitec Bank and Vertex Credit Solutions

I had a loan with Capitec Bank i lost my job they handed me over to debt collectors(VerTex Credit Solutions), i made arrangements with them and paid my account form 2015. In 2018 March i have requested settlement with Vertex Credit Solutions i received it and made payment on 15 March 2018, i was never been told that i have to wait for so long to get paid up letter i waited till today which is 4 April 2018 i have not received anything. When i call i have been promised that i will receive it after 20 days in which i count 20days has finished on the 3rd of April still Nothing.
