Bad service from Capitec bank.

Phone them regarding a unauthorized deduction of R950 from my account on 14 January. This deduction also took place in December for the same amount but was reve****d. After numerous calls and what's app I still have not received a satisfactory answer. I had promises from them that they would call me back but no call back. I also requested to speak to a manager but was ignored.
