Bad Service from Capitec bank

Capitec Bank are so useless. I reported ***** as my account was debited *****ulently by reference 'UBER EATS', This was reported a month ago, up until today no feedback has been provided and I am told this is still being investigated. I was told that the turn around time is 7 to 14 days. Today this is the feedback from one of their agents: *Nathanael* Thank you for waiting on your end. Please note that the issue is still being investigated and you will receive confirmation once the matter is resolved.
