Bad service from Capitec Bank
Capitec Bank has extremely disappointed me. The bad Service from threerivers branch is unprofessional. Saturday I used my online account only to be blocked my account being suspended without proper authority not even receive one call to explain this matter. Now my friend and myself can't access our money. His debit orders are bouncing the poor treatment I got from being their client for more than 12yrs. I'm extremely upset. It

18 Aug 2022, 06:18Your complaints team never bothered to call as mentioned. I had to drive to your branch but still nothing has changed. Please note I have debit orders that needs to be paid. This is going to affect my personal life. I can't miss paying insurance, medical aid etc. It's upsetting.
