Bad service from Capitec

I have never in my life received such a ridiculous and bad service like what I'm currently getting from the Capitec bank. On Wednesday I was transferring funds from my account to different people. From nowhere my account was block.i understand they were trying to protect me however I confirmed with them that I was the one doing the transactions.

My account has been stopped since then,I've been going to their branch to get my account unblocked but the branch can't even assist. All they tell me is that they are waiting for feedback from the ***** department. I have employees to pay but my fund are stopped and the bank can't assist. I'm not sure if I will continue to bank with them once this is resolved.
