BAD SERVICE FROM CAPITEC
BAD SERVICE FROM CAPITEC, I am not happy with the service from Capitec Chilli lane and Tsholo to be specific that she just decides to decline my application based on me being a consultant and not based on my Credit check or Financial problem honestly
1. I have sent her emails she has not even for once bothered to forward thos documentation to relevant people and today I went to the branch and only to say I must resend the application then she sends me an email to say my application is declined
on which basis ,then if thats a declined
