Bad service from capitec

I made a claim on a funeral policy that I've had for 4 years I submitted all the documents needed on the 11th which is last Wednesday on Saturday I was burying my father which I had to borrow money to that because until today the 17th capitec has not paid out and the sad part is they dont even communicate unless I call them and they keep telling me that my claim is under sanlam assessment
