BAD SERVICE FROM CAPITEC
I phoned yesterday for a paid up letter on my loan which I had at Capitec. I phone this morning again only to learn that the consultant did not action the request yesterday but only today!!!!
I NEED MY PAID UP LATER BEFORE OF BUSINESS TODAY, 16 JANUARY 2020 OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER. YOU DID NOT WAIT FOR MY PREPAYMENTS EACH AND EVERY MONTH, WHY MUST I WAIT. MAYBE YOU CAN DISCUSES IT WITH THE MEDIA TOMORROW
