Bad service from agents

Im so irritated with the agents i have been speaking to lately the way they answer the phone you can already hear that they don't want to speak to you or do their job. I spoke to an agent a while ago aldreez and he went above and beyond to assist with issue, and his energy was great, these agents needs to learn from him i haven't gotten through to him in a while i even requested to speak to him and no one could find him. I know when i speak to him my issue will be resolved or i would get the answers i need
