Bad service
Complained about the manager Thando at Southgate Mall branch, the regional manager called some time last week, Thursday or Friday, I asked him to call me a little as I couldn't talk then. Till today he has never called me back, how do you expect consultants to call back customers when they have to if the RM his self cannot do it. CAPITEC IS A ZOO
