Bad Service
I renewed my vehicle licence using the app on the 25th Nov 2025, and I was told it would take 3-5 business days. The company you are using to deliver my licence Skynet the worst customer service even. On the 27th Nov 2025 it was out on delivery but the driver didn't arrive, Friday I called the driver didn't arrive. Till today the 3rd Dec 2025 the driver didn't arrive and tracker showed that it's out but I didn't receive it Capitec Bank why do you do business with this company? How long should I wait for my licence dics? 3-5 business days are finished. What now?

Who called me this morning then she told me she will call Skynet I should leave everything to her.
She called me I think 3/4 times checking if the driver came, the last call was around too 4pm because she was knocking off at 4pm, I told her I will let her know.
The driver only came at 17:20pm unapologetic mxm.
Thanks to Capitec Bank for pushing them I didn't have the energy for their lies anymore.
