Bad service ever

<p>Capitec bank made a fool starting saturday... I went to update my details and I explained to them that I only have multichoice statemebt that was sent to me... they said I should take a declaration form to my mother to fill and sign then bring it back to them... I went to my mom and she sighed.. came back to the branch they told me she was not suppose to fill in shevwas suppose to sign at the bottom... I asked why did they not explain to me before? I went back home Monday I went back with the proof of residence they did not accept it but it was posted to me... I was very angry cz no one explained to me clearly.... what made me angry is the fact that they consaltant looking at me and laugh as if im mad or dum.... I asked them what must I bring for them to accept cz I needed my money I did not havebeletricity and my house... they said I should go to the councilar office and ask for proof or adress I went today and I went to the bank again... they said I must have payslip with that proof of residance... I told them very clear that im not working. .. 3days not anyone explain me rite what to bring... I keept borrowing money to go to town fo nothing u sleept at a dark house without being able to cook supper cz I dont have money the only money I had I could'nt get because of them not taking the customers seriously... even the branch manager spokebto me with the attitude as if im mad.....i really need them to pay back the money I waisted for 3days worse I want them to solve this and after I want nothing to do with that bank</p>
