Bad service
I, m very disappointed with capitec funeral policy, I have submitted a for funeral policy on Friday. I was promised that the money will be in within 24 hours. The money is still not in to this day. No communication at all from the bank. This is so sad when you take the policy they promise you that they will pay on time. I will not recommend funeral policy to anyone.
