Bad service

Had account since 2010, got employed by private employer since 2021 my salary been paid to my Capitec account. Employer CIPC registered,UIF registered and when making credit application, Capitec tells me they can't create employer on their system since we don't use landline (the whole business is operating well without landline but need to install and pay for landline in order for employees to be considered for loan by Capitec? I have persuaded 2xemployees to use this Capitec bank in total all 9 of us (employees) are using Capitec bank. If there is an institution who knows my finances it's Capitec bank.. confused (I chose them (Capitec) yet they can't commit to work with me?
