Bad service delivery

So disappointed in how Capitec handles things last year I called thier handover department for a status update was advised that I need to send clearance form well infact I did that their comeback from that again I need to wait a year till 27th August 2026 for it to be removed "MANUALLY" MIND YOU after waiting for a year I called again and was advised to re send the documents Chocking but ok I did that again come back I need to send form 17.7 well again I did that and guess what their comeback was after a full year I again need to wait another month for this to be done hence their response was it will be removed "MANUALLY" Wich I have the email stating this last year what more can you expect from them everytime this and that I bet you come the 2nd October 2026 they probably gonna have something again what a waste of time.
