Bad service - debit orders not being switched as requested
I opened an account with Capitec in July and *** 08 July 2020 notifying them to switch my debit orders. I have been corresponding with Service support consultants and eventually emailed required docs on 20 July requesting my debit orders are switched from 01 September 2020. I haven't heard back from anyone and end of August noticed NONE of my debit orders was switched. I have been emailed bank statements as well as debit order switch forms and still waiting on someone to call me to let me know if my debit orders was switched. I am now owing FNB R550.00 in unpaid no funds fee because of the incompetence's of Mariska Rossouw, Najmiyyah Samaai. There is no phone call and no confirmation my debit orders was switched. We no at the end of September and my creditors are going to collect payment from my FNB account, CAN THIS ISSUE PLEASE BE RESOLVED as no one is answering on the following number +***0
