Bad Service

I have made a grocery purchase at Dlamini Supa Store on the 26th of January for an amount of R1498.87 using my capitec card and it came back as declined insufficient funds, however i had available funds on my account, the teller tried it again and still it said insufficient funds and i then had to use my other Nedbank card which went successfully but just as i was to come out of the shop, i received an sms notification from capitec that amount was taken from my capitec account. I then went back inside the store to report this and they told me to wait for 24hrs before they could assist because it might reverse before then, i waited and 24hrs passed without any reversal in my account. I have been in contact with Anna from Supa store who have been delaling with my complain and she has been trying to get hold of some consultants at capitec to assist but she has been refereed from one consultant to another and i then requested to speak to capitec consultants, i spoke to Laureen who told me that she will escalate my request but she never came back to me with feedback, we tried calling again with Anna from Supa store and this time we spoke to Thabita who also promised to call back with feedback and today is the 29th, i have not received my funds back to my account and still unable to get some help from Capitec Bank.

I 'am very disappointed at Capitec bank and to think that it is my bank that my salary gets paid to and they have all my details, i dont understand the whole delay and the communication between clients and consultants is poor. I will be switching to another bank soon.
