Bad Service

I went to Capitc Denlyn branch, Mamelodi West in Pretoris today requesting for a certain debit otder to be reversed since i'm getting an error on my side. I have a number of reasons why i wanted reversed however, the consult saif it can't be reversed. I always get the same answer when i go to that Branch but if i go to a different branch they can and i understand that i will be charged.
