Bad service
I was there this morning @ Capitec bank wonder park brunch a lady called Ofentse(that’s if she told me her real name since she was not even wearing her name batch)was very rude she didn’t even help me. I’m very disappointed

28 May 2020, 17:46I am surprised how one of your consultants actually accused me of being involved in a ********** transaction that I came to report at Capitec bank Wonder Park branch and told me that there is nothing that the bank can do about it, not even investigate. I am surprised of the bad service I received.
