Bad service Capitec Whatsapp
Had a really bad experience with their agents on whatsapp. Not very helpful and had to repeat myself quite a few times. Still havent resolved an issue i had reported on my brothers behalf as he is out of the country and has been struggling. No added assistance was offered or any solutions
