Bad service capitec george hibernian street george

Hello just want to find out we here at capitec bank the consultants are just sitting here but they dont help any customers and not even one consultant is busy with any customers but there is a long quee staff is sitting and talking to each other but no one is assisting the people that are in the quee capitec this is not capitec service this is very bad and poor service the person with the fals hair she is screaming not even telling the people what is happening she just scream she going on lunch we offline and there she walk that is very bad service and bad customers service delivery.
