Bad service capitec bank tramshed

The service is soo bad iv been there 10 time trying to open an account but for some reason i always get sent back the first time i rememba i had my unisa confirmation of payment letter & they told me i need another letter as proof of residence now today i got my husband to sign the declaration letter as our municipal acc is in his name when i got to the stupid bank i got turned away because the letters address is written stand no 3044 unit 7 temba (e.g) and i filled in 3044 unit 7 temba like what is this i got attitude from the person standing at the door to the service.I am done i am going to try other better customer friendly banks.This bank doesnt value clients ??
