Bad Service Capitec Bank

I work in Saudi Arabia and receive my salary in my Saudi Arabia Bank Account. I transfer money to my Capitec Bank account and I have a standing arrangement for this. I was told if I have a standing arrangement my international transfer will be released into my account. Now I get a email from Capitec Bank that I have to confirm all my details for the transfer to be released. What is the purpose of a Standing instruction if Capitec Bank can't even follow their own procedures?
