Bad service

Capitec Kwagga Centre in Pretoria west today 17/04/2024 closed at 15h00 as opposed to their closing time at 18h00. No notice by the branch stating such, their employees looking at the clients through the glass door laughing and dancing instead of explaining to clients that the branch closed earlier than expected. Eventually one employee came out and just said as we can see it's Good Friday holidays, there's traffic on the road they also need to travel early. Disgrace for such a big company to have employees who disregard clients like that.
