Bad Service by Tebogo

I went to do a deposit at Maake plaza the lady who was assisting me wasnt friendly at all her name is Tebogo she took all her time to stand up on a chair to them deposit system the next thing my phone rang she was yelling at me saying phone calls are not allowed and im wasting her time.As a former employee at Capitec I know order of the day is to be polite and helpful to the customer and offer a smile which she didnt do from the begining it seems like she was irritated and didnt even like her job
