Bad service by Capitec Zeerust branch

My husband deposited money into my capitec account today to go pay university for our daughter when try withdraw there's problem with Capitec system cant get money for my daughters fees...gues what the branch said I will get that money after 30days...So Capitec affect my daughter's career with their **** system...Bad service at rural towns and I heard before about Capitec service at our branch in ZEERUST but today im stressed and they said there's nothing they can do....so these guys don't care about us or what...do something Capitec or else
