Bad service
I received a deposit notification on my bank account.Now upon checking my balance the money has disappeared without being withdrawn.I called Capitec and was put on hold and subsequently hung up on by three consultants

20 Jul 2025, 11:38I have since posted this review wherein Capitec rep**** that they assign led the matter to a designated official who will contact me.I haven't received any call to date and Capitec is keeping the money in my account and still not providing feedback or proof that the funds which were deposited in my account are proceeds of a *****ulent transaction. I feel that Capitec will ultimately take the money for themselves
